I would suggest that you create a website and blog. This would give you the opportunity to tell others about your book. The website could also become a resource for people looking for information about your topic. This will require some work. Another way is to read articles about marketing your book. Here’s a good article that describes the process and one author’s experiences. The book costs money, but the articles are actually free. Remember this is a process that will take time and effort. Take different portion of your book and turn them into “how to” articles. Once you’ve done this, submit them to free online ezine sites, who will in return will draw in webmasters who post the articles on their site.
Also, take these articles and release them as new releases. At then bottom of these articles place your byline. A few line on you, and where they can contact you (website) and book title.
Build yourself as an expert in this topic you’ve written about. As you do this more people will come to you. You should also add to your website where people can join your mailing list.
