Number one, what you could do is send them referrals and recommendations. I constantly, as much as possible, try to send the people that I work with more and more business. The reason is because I want them to see the value of the relationship with me goes much further than the business I personally do with them. Here is another tip that I have also done – joint venture projects with my vendors. This is an example of one jv project I’ve done. Graphic designer are great at what they do and can really change the way people view your products. The graphic designer I was working with and I decided to do a joint venture project together – she would do the design at no cost and I would do the marketing and put together the product. Then we would split any profits.
Boom! Just like that I had almost completely eliminated my cost up front and now don’t have to worry about coming up with that money. Starting out, this was really helpful as I didn’t have the money to put up front to hire a graphic designer. So this strategy is really great for that reason and many others.
Some people tell me, “Yeah, but Stu, you’re giving away 50% of the profits. That’s a big chunk of money.” Well, time out for a second. I’m of the viewpoint that it’s better to get your projects completed and making some money versus keeping all of nothing and not getting anything completed.
If I wasn’t willing to work on building that relationship with that vendor, that project would have never been completed. If I didn’t get that project done I would be making no money from it. Instead that project would remain in the pile of possible ideas, bringing in no profit.
You really have to push your creativity when you are on a tight budget. Joint ventures is a creative idea I have used more than once. Web developers is another vendor I have used this strategy with.
Another tip to save money that I have learned over the course of using vendors is to have as much work done ahead of time. By doing this you are cutting down on the time and effort your vendor needs to use on your project. You can even ask your vendor questions, like, how could you decrease they’re effort, reduce your overall costs, etc. Vendors will answer these for you, they want to work with you. Everyone has a budget to work within and vendors will be willing to help you stay within it, they are always interested in your business and will help you meet your goals.
My last tip for now is instead of creating a completely new project design everytime, create a template to use. This way you can use it over and over again without having to pay your vendors again to do the same work. I’ll tell you more about it in detail.
We’ll use an e-Book as an example. Instead of getting your graphic designer to design a specific layout for your one e-Book, why don’t you just get them to design a template you can use to every other e-Book you develop?
This is a different way about going things – the thing is you will save tons of money – thousands – in the long-run. As for the graphic designer its about the same amount of effort for them to put forth. This is just another idea about how you can again build your relationships with your vendors, but also save a lot of money.

But creating an eBook still provides you the opportunity to create a valuable bonus that you can include with your other products or services.

I’ll use my own business as another example, only because I know my business so well. Creativity is what I talk a lot on, so I would be interested in possibly purchasing the reprint or resell rights of someone else’s products on creativity.

He or she may have created great content that is valuable that is on the topic that I talk about. Why reinvent the wheel? Why not partner up and create a relationship that both of us win?

Personally, I like to do use teleseminars because it enables people to have interaction and allows you to really get across the value of the product you are promoting. Using video can allow you to have this option to and people respond very well to videos because they feel more intimate than an email. Videos are something I use for almost every promotion I do.
When it comes to promoting products as an affiliate, I personally only promote products that I have either bought myself, used myself or benefited from myself, and the reason being is because then I can truly give my personal opinion and evaluation of the product.
If I am going to promote a product that I haven’t even seen or used, how could I really give a recommendation for it? You’ll find that it will sometimes put you in an awkward situation if you don’t know anything about the product but are promoting it. This helps too when it comes to the promotion because it is much easier and more convincing to say, “Hey, I’ve used this product. Look at what it did for my business, I really think it will help you this way.” You stand out more as an affiliate and create a much stronger pitch then just saying, “Hey, saw this new product, I think you should go get it.”

By removing outdated material with routine maintenance and updating your pages regularly, you are letting the search bots and crawlers know to come back and re-crawl your site regularily for changes.
Superstition: Robots.txt file and sitemaps aren’t necessary.
Fact: Search engine bots look for the robots.txt and your sitemap as soon as they get to your site. These files tell the bots what to look at on your site and any link in your sitemap will be crawled. You should definitely have both of these files; they should be placed into the root directory of your domain these files can be a big help in getting a better page ranking.
Superstition: Search engines cannot index pages with Flash; using Flash on your page will lead to search engines penalizing your site.
Fact:While search engines do not index the Flash movie itself, they will index the text of the movie (you need to specify Flash text in your HTML) along with the rest of your page. Flash has no effect on the site itself in terms of indexing and does not keep your site from being crawled either. What search engines don’t like is websites which automatically re-direct, including Flash pages which do this. It’s the redirection, not the Flash which is the problem here.

Five More Questions That Will Bring New Ideas For Your Business

This is a continuation of my article entitled “Five Simple Questions That Will Help Spark All Kinds Of New Ideas For Your Business”. Within this article we have five more questions that will get your wheels turning and into idea producing mode.
The first five questions were: 1) What can I do in the next seven days to fill in the blank 2) What marketing ideas are successfully being used in your industry? 3) What are five new ways that I can acquire customers? 4) Who could really help my idea take off and how can I make it super easy for them to do so? 5) How could I wow blank for under $10?
We will begin right away with Question Six: How could I automate XYZ?
I asked Armand Morin one time, “Where do you get your ideas for all of your products?”
He said, “It’s simple. I look at what I’m doing and how much time it’s taking me. If it’s taking me too much time, I ask myself How could I automate this process? Ninety percent of my product ideas come from my ability to recognize what’s draining my time. I’m lazy. I want to automate everything.”
Wanting to automate everything is where he gets his product ideas from! It is a powerful question, so make sure you ask yourself it.
Moving onto question number seven: How could XYZ be simplified?
Have you ever bought your own product and gone through the process your costumers would be doing? Is it a complicated process? So many times I’ve had to go through a horrible process just to buy a product I was interested in.
This happened to me recently actually. I was trying to purchase a server, a new dedicated server. The process the company was trying to make me go through just to purchase made me so frustrated that I ended up giving up and choosing a different company.
So they need to ask the question: How can they simplify the purchasing process for my customers?
You should really think about this question too. By doing so, you will spark a whole bunch of ideas about different processes you can use in your business.
Question eight: Are there problems my target market are experiencing and how could I solve them with a new product?
A great tool to use for this question is the Ask Database. Alex Mandossian created this phenomenal piece of software. If you have it, use it. Use it to constantly ask people what problems they are having and make products that will solve them.
A creative thinker is always on the hunt for problems because your future depends on solving problems. If you can solve problems for somebody else, you’re always going to be in demand.
This website is extremely powerful and useful when finding problems. Make sure you write this down – it is www.Answer.Google.com
When you get to that website click on the most appropriate category for your business. Here you will see what kinda of questions people are asking in that category, those questions are also problems.
If you see a common question coming up, that’s a clear indication that many people are probably experiencing the same problem. That presents a need for a product to help solve that problem.
So constantly ask yourself the question: Are there problems my target market is experiencing and how could I solve them with a new product?
Question number nine: Alex Mandossian brought this question up at a recent Big Seminar – How can my current products or services be residualized?
It makes sense when you think about it – if your products and services are residualized then you will have a constant stream of cash coming in. Every week, month, whatever it is, you should be looking to getting paid more than once. You won’t have to worry about always finding new customers when you can leverage your existing ones.
Ask yourself that question: How could I residualize my current products or services?
Final question, the last thing I am going to leave you with is; with the products and services I have now, how could I increase their value?
Thinking in the customers favor and frame of mind is really going to get a whole bunch of ideas popping into your head.
When you do that, you’re going to start to generate all kinds of great ideas that work and benefit the customer. And the more you benefit the customer, the more they’re going to come back to you, the more they’re going to spread the word, and the more revenue you’re going to be able to generate from your existing customer base.
Planning my first seminar a few years back I stopped and asked myself how could I increase the value of what I am offering before any of the attendees even got there. By doing this they were wow’d when I gave them bonus after bonus throughout the course of the seminar. This led to 100% satisfaction and all of them were asking when the next Idea Incubator would be. I still have some of those attendees still come every year to it and they are now all willing to spread the word about what a great time it was.
Even at the Big Seminar they were telling eveyone about the amount of value they received at the Idea Incubator and what a great time it was.
By asking myself how could I increase the value of my current offering, I now have a group of individuals praising my event. This only happened because I asked myself that question and put forth the effort to do so.
Your services, products and your business will only be opened up to new opportunities when you do this.

The word on the street is that eBooks aren’t worth creating and that there is no money in them. I’m not on that band wagon and within this article I am going to lay out a few reason why you should be creating eBooks to act as a lead generation tool and increast your online traffic.
Why should you create an eBook?
Number one, people are going to visit your website if you ever give that eBook away.
Secondly, if they are coming to your website they are looking for information you might have. You are already in their mind, so if you have an eBook with the information they are looking for you’re set!
Here’s a quick example. Very recently, about almost a year ago, I was the best man in a wedding. I knew nothing about being a best man.
I turned to the Internet and began searching for tips, instruction and step by step process of what I was supposed to do because I really had no idea. What I found was that I couldn’t find one site with all the information, so I had to piece the information together from multiple sites. It became some what frustrating because I knew if there was an eBook that just put everything together in a simple manner I would have purchased it.
How do I know that? Because I have bought eBooks in a similar nature, for various other topics, outlining step by step what I needed to do.
There were two reasons I bought those books. Number one, I was in need of the information they held. Number two, I didn’t have to go searching and piece information together, this website had all the information packaged together.
The next reason why you should be creating an eBook is that within the pages of it you can advertise you own products and services.
You should be thinking of your products acting like a funnel. This is what we call the marketing funnel. Your eBook would be at the top of the funnel and further down are your higher priced products.
Your eBooks are going to work as tools that will demonstrate to your costumers the value you can provide and build up trust with them so they are more willing to buy your products that are of higher price.
Ebooks can easily be the way you show people how much value you provide and this will only make them want to work with you more. People will buy from those they feel they can trust and gain knowledge from, rarely not from someone they have never heard of before.
What you are doing is creating an introductory product, which will help you lead them to purchase your higher-priced products. Within your eBook you can even introduce them to those products and services which will give them that opportunity if they want to take the next step.
You can advertise your other products and services making your eBook become a platform.
One thing you do have to remember and I want to make this clear is that you don’t want to make your eBook just one big sales pitch. Always make sure you are providing value in the eBook because it is your reputation that is on the line. Costumers or clients will be viewing that eBook to what value you can add to their business.
Writing these articles, I am doing it right now to you. Of course, I would love it if you all bought my other products and services, came to my seminar, wanted to work closer with me. In order to get to that point I know I have to gain your trust and show you that I can provide valuable information.
Providing articles is one way I like to do that. Within each one I try to cram as much information as I can so that you just can’t wait to read my next article or go purchase some of my products.
I want you to take the same philosophy and apply it to your eBooks. You’ve got to pack as much information into that eBook as possible, without it being one big sales pitch. If people see it as being a big sales pitch, they’re going to be turned off and they’re less likely to do business with you.

Have you ever thought of using the eBooks you’ve created for more than just revenue stream? With a little creativity you can use your eBooks to generate you multiple streams of income
One strategy of how you can do this is selling advertising space within the eBooks that you are developing.
Here is an example. You have created an eBook on how to plan a wedding on a budget. This is a multi-billion dollar industry that you are now tapping into. Do you think that some of the companies that sell products and services within this industry would be interested in having the ability to get in front of people who have just purchased a product that that particular topic?
It may seem like an obvious question to ask, but you all should ask yourself what businesses would be interested in getting in front of the audience I will be attracting? This is one of those creative questions that you should all be asking yourself regularly.
Just to ingrain it. For the target audience that I will be attracting, what other businesses would be interested in getting in front of them?
You mind is going to start to race about all kinds of other businesses. Some may even be your competitors. But there could be some other complimentary businesses that provide services or products to the particular market that you’re marketing to, who would be interested in purchasing ad space within your particular eBook.
It is up to you how you put together you eBook with the ads. They could be scattered throughout, all together at the beginning or at the end. It doesn’t matter how you lay them out, it just provides you a method of generating revenue by selling advertising.
Adding value to your current costumers is also another thing you can do with your eBooks. For me I try to constantly work on developing and maintaining good relationships with the people on my email list. I don’t have a big email list, but I have a great one.
To maintain that relationship and provide my current costumers valuable information one thing I could do is create an eBook for them. It could summarize or give step by step directions on a subject that my email list has questions about.
Adding value to my current customers and you is what I constantly try to do, especially when they are win-win for both of us.
If you are not really sure on what to write eBooks on, just look to your target market for help. If they are asking questions, needing solutions to a situation or you can give step by step directions on how to do something, that is of great value there and will make a great eBook. This is a great way to add value to your current costumers or future customers. Combining that with selling advertising it is a great win-win for you and something you should constantly be thinking about.
Going into any business with that mindset about your customers and throw in a little creativity, all different opportunities for more profit will emerge!

I am always asked which search engine marketing strategy people should concentrate on, free or paid? I tell them it’s like a sandwich: it just doesn’t work with only one slice of bread!
To get the most traffic, sales and best ROI combine the power of both organic (free) and pay-per-click search marketing. Together, they’ll help you reach your goals of more traffic and sales on your website in both the short AND long term.
Use both search engine strategies in tandem so they build off of each other.
Step 1. Do your keyword research and then build a content-rich site around keywords your market is searching on.
Step 2. Now start your pay-per-click advertising. Each ad should be built on a single keyword. Use your PPC campaign to bring more visitors to your web site. Remember to measure your sales per visitor also known as your sales conversion rate. You can even customize the results with this tool: everything from the location (country) of your keyword results to finding out which month had the highest search volumes. This free keyword research tool immediately replaced my other keyword research tools by Wordze and SEO Book after just one test use: that’s how powerful it is. In short, the tool rocks and it instantly makes keyword research way easier and much more efficient!
HTML Playground: This tool is great for those that have limited HTML knowledge or just aren’t sure how to apply the right formatting in an easy and efficient manner. Well this free tool takes all the “hard work” out of HTML coding for you. It has a list of all the most popular tags; simply click on the tag, customize the parameters and colours you desire and the HTML code is ready to go! It even shows you a preview of what your text or image will look like once uploaded! This tool is simply vital for any HTML rookie or beginner.

There are hundreds of free Firefox extensions readily available at Firefox Add-ons. They have tools and add-ons for just about everything! My favourite Firefox add-ons for SEO are:
SEOpen: This add-on lets you place a toolbar in Firefox to quickly analyze everything from the number of Yahoo! Backlinks to verifying whether the PR of a site is legitimate or not; and that’s just the beginning. I think of it as in all-in-one SEO resource that is absolutely mandatory!
SearchStatus: This nifty little add-on simply lets you display the Google PageRank, Alexa rank and Compete ranking anywhere on your browser. It also allows you to highlight nofollow links and comes equipped with a fast keyword density analyzer. Pretty sweeeeeet!
SeoQuake: This tool is one of the most advanced Firefox add-ons for SEO. Yet it’s perfect for both beginners and advanced users. Basically, SeoQuake displays the parameters for search results and even includes the findings into the search engine result pages ‘SERPs’ for the most popular search engines. You can then set these parameters to display by ascending or descending order; so you can search for any keyword in Google or Yahoo! and then set the order to show the highest PR’s, or the most Yahoo! backlinks, or by whatever parameter(s) you are most interested in.
And now, my favourite Firefox add-on is…(insert drum roll)… Speed Dial!
This add-on lets you visually display your most used websites so you can access them instantly! Forget about using bookmarks ever again! Simply open up the add-on and enter the number of columns and rows to determine the amount of sites displayed in your speed dial. To enter in the sites simply click on the boxes and type in the URL’s.
When you want to access your favourite sites simply hold CTRL and press the number of the site (number set in speed dial options) to open it up in a new tab or window. Or you can press the speed dial button which displays all your sites in one window and then you can just click on the site you want to open. Once you get the hang of this add-on you can instantly access your favourite site(s) with just a couple of clicks: saving you both time and effort! It’s a win-win situation like no other!

An Honest Review Of The Redgsr GuruCreation SEO Service

As it stands, I’ve used roughly ten or so SEO services over the past year. Each one brought something different to the table, and each one had different benefits. The only one I can say anything negative about is the one provided by the Redgsr GuruCreation service, which I have plenty of experience to tell all who would listen.
It all started when I was viewing an Internet forum I visit quite a bit. I was looking into a few SEO services, and then saw the GuruCreation seo service being promoted by Redgsr. Within minutes I sent payment, received a confirmation, and anxiously waited for results. But little did I know things weren’t going to go as planned.
To help keep things under control and make sure I wasn’t being two-timed, I kept a very close watch on my Google analytics account. And, lo and behold, I had found out a stunning fact of the GuruCreation service: it’s using another article distribution network that costed much less to use to gouge customers out of their money! I was in awe, but still waited for an explanation.
When I received my report, I noticed that because the content was the same, most of it was subject to the duplicate content filter that Google imposes. Instead of the 100,000 backlinks I was promised as his service advertised, it turns out that I only got 100 or so that weren’t subject to the duplicate content filter. Even worse is the fact that I don’t plan on keeping these links much longer- since they are disappearing more each day as Google sees them as duplicate content.
Outraged, I immediately started sending emails to GuruCreation customers and told them of this scam, and started raising awareness of this SEO gone wrong. Whereas GuruCreation was charging up to $87 for article submission, ArticleMarketer was charging about this much for three months of unlimited submissions.
After everyone was notified, we all agreed that we would team up and let everyone know that GuruCreation and Redgsr are scamming customers all over the world. Instead of using GuruCreation, customers can go directly to ArticleMarketer and get the service for next to nothing, compared to the outrageous prices given by Redgsr.
In Conclusion
If you can take anything from the advice given, be sure to note that GuruCreation is a scam to get more money out of clients that should go straight to ArticleMarkter- and not through the “middle man” that inflates prices through deception. Do your part- tell everyone you can that Redgsr and GuruCreation are scams!
