Saj P, notorious entrepeneur and bestselling author of “4 Tier Annihilation Method” and “Affiliate Payload”, released his latest and meanest product yet: The Site Rush. This one deals with the business model of website flipping, and Saj claims there are million to be made here.

But let’s have a closer look at the different ways one can look at the process of website flipping. What websites are good to invest in, and why?

You can start by looking at the field you are currently operation in. If you are able to fiend a website for sale that is in a related field, this may be a very good chance for you to make a profit from it. You could lead the traffic from the new site to your old site, to increase sales.

Another angle is to buy a website purely for advertising purposes. Especially if it’s a website that’s well made, with a lot of traffic, but they are not doing their own advertising right, you could see a business opportunity.

The benefit of this approach is that you don’t have to put a lot of work into the website to make it profatable. You just change the advertising a bit and you’re done.

Also, you would have increased the value of the website with better ads, so now you could choose to sell it off again. Which brings us to our third point:

The third option you have is to just buy a website and then sell it straight away. If you do this properly it will be the best method, because it is the least effort. But to be able to do this, you defenitely need some good insights in prices, and you have to know where to buy and sell.

Well these were some standard methods that people apply in their website flipping business. If you want to know (a lot) more about website flipping I urge you to take a look at The Site Rush, which is packed with all kinds of insider info on the subject.
